Step 1: Intro
Free intro to CrossFit class every Saturday at 8 & 9 A.M. You can also drop into any of our regularly scheduled SWEAT classes (click on our schedule link for more info). If you can please email CrossFitWestCovina@gmail.com or call (626) 733-7106 or (626) 758-7418 to schedule a time to come in.

Step 2: Fundamentals
4 one-on-one fundamental sessions + your first week of CrossFit

$25 cancellation charge if under 24 hours. (one on one sessions)

Fundamentals cover all the movements you will see on a daily basis in the group classes. During these classes we cover the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Thruster, Kipping Pull-Up, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk, Box Jump, Deadlift, Clean, Kettlebell Swing, Wall Balls, and many other movements.

Step 3: CrossFit West Covina Memberships

A. CFWC Premium Membership: (CrossFit, Sweat, Competitors, Open Gym)
Unlimited CFWC Membership – Monthly Billing

B. CrossFit Unlimited + Open Gym Membership
Unlimited CrossFit Classes + Open Gym – Monthly Billing

C. Sweat Unlimited
Unlimited Sweat Classes- Monthly Billing

Have the ability to do unlimited CrossFit and Sweat Classes!

4x a month (Access to accessory work 3x a week on Gmail)
