What is SWEAT?
Sweat powered by CrossFit West Covina is a high-intensity full-body core strength and conditioning program that delivers RESULTS!
Sweat is a functional fitness training program in which we combine light weights, interval training, metabolic conditioning and body weight movements. The result is a body that is not only functional, but hard and toned leading to a desired six pack.
How does this differ from CrossFit? Well, the mindset, concept and results are virtually the same; however, there will be no barbells used, the kettlebells will remain light and it will be non-stop, fat burning, hi-intensity interval training.
